everwhere you travel, it is always great to learn, who is the who in the town... though this list may change, it seems to be that this year, there is some consistency as to who the popular kids are & have been, in johnstown atleast. the town seems to be in a state of redemption, trying to keep its people here, add jobs, increase pay and ofcourse, give the tourist greater things to do. with a rich history in justice issues, what was deep in the soil has come to the surface to be washed away clean. in the event to do just that, the jdog has changed the face of the city, increasing the power of the women, trying to unite the children and ofcourse by bringing friendlier personalities to the forefront. here is our list of those who have been helpful, aware, responsive and have indirectly positioned themselves as community leaders. in no particular order, and give or take a few new people who have established their businesses, like the family of the dominican garden cafe, the vita verde and ofcourse those from victim services and the womens help center..to name a few. congrats to the womens help center on winning their 10k grant earlier this year! to start it off, with an event happening 6/28/2025 at 7pm
