on monday, the red sox took to fenway arena before the game to celebrate disability pride month. in doing so they decided to highlight local disability activist, families, children who resonate as different and special olympians and athletes of the paralympics in the area.


in efforts to become more "sensory" inclusive, fenway park has created an app to help attendees find resources at the ballpark to make their visit easier. coppenrath, who was diagnosed with autism and adhd, was chosen to sing the national anthem.
